Terms of Service

1. Introduction
   Welcome to Noki Search (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Noki Search, an SMS-based AI-powered search tool (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Using the Service
   Noki Search allows users to send queries via SMS and receive AI-generated responses. The Service is designed to provide fast, helpful answers, but it does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
   You must be at least 13 years old to use Noki Search. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
3. User Responsibilities
   By using our Service, you agree to:

   • Not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the Service
   • Not use automated tools (e.g. bots or scrapers) to interact with the Service

   We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who violate these rules.

5. AI Limitations
   Noki Search uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, which may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You should only use our service for informational purposes, and not rely on Noki Search for critical, legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
   We disclaim any liability for decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
   We may rely on third-party vendors (e.g. for SMS delivery, hosting, and payments). These parties are contractually required to maintain secure and compliant systems, but we are not liable for:
   • Downtime or errors caused by third-party systems
   • Security breaches on their end
   • Their handling of data outside our agreements with them
   By using Noki Search, you acknowledge that parts of the service may be outside our direct control.
7. Payments
   Some features of Noki Search may be paid. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details and are not responsible for errors, losses, or breaches that occur during processing.
   All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, if this happens we may notify you via SMS or our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noki Search is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
   We are not liable for:
   • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   • Loss of data, revenue, or business
   • Errors or inaccuracies in the responses provided by the AI
   Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you agree that neither the creator of this service, nor anyone involved in its development, maintenance, or operation, will be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your use of the service.
9. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Noki Search at any time, without notice, and without a refund, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the service or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” and, if the changes are significant, we may notify you by SMS or on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

   At Noki Search ("we", "us", or "our"), your privacy is important to us.
   This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use our AI-powered search service ("Noki Search", the "Service") available via SMS.
